What editors noted
Runs from a working folder without administrative install; leaves no orphan services after removal; settings live in a plain-text config next to the executable. No telemetry seen in a clean-VM run.
Known caveat: on multi-monitor setups the first launch places the window on the primary display regardless of the last-used position. A one-time drag fixes it for subsequent launches.
